In this video i show you how i repaired a common problem that people have had with replacing their hinges on their cabinet doors and not having the holes li.
Sand down the swelled particleboard using a pad sander and 100 grit sandpaper. First remove the drawer. It ll say dry lubricant on the label. Replace them into the hole and leave them.
Place a scrap piece of wood with wax paper over it under the repair and turn the door face up. Push the tip of the wax crayon into the hole rubbing it against the sides of the hole. Press the filler into the gap from the back side of the door. Replace the drawer and slide it in and out of the cabinet several times until it glides easily.
Your goal is to rub the crayon off into the hole until it is level and filled. Wipe the drawer slides and the cabinet track with a clean cloth to remove any debris. When we painted the kitchen cabinets we found some huge holes behind the hardware or knobs. Cans are sold at home centers.
