It is a very long and tedious job to paint cabinets but so worth the look after. I believe you can buy these in you local paint store. If you painted your cabinets with any of these paints apply a water based poly over the top to prolong the life of the finish. Scrape and sand any areas that are peeling or bumpy.
There is no reason to need to add a sealer after you paint. Not only is this unnecessary but the high sheen is likely to prevent the poly from properly adhering.
