Once your hardware is completely dry grab your favorite spray paint most people use metallic finishes for hardware but you can get creative and use different colors to customize your piece i love oil rubbed bronze and gold.
Paint will be dry to the touch in 1 to 2 hours however waiting 12 hours for a recoat is recommended. Drop the pieces including screws into a bucket filled with warm water. Cover the work area with newspaper. Remove any remaining.
