Leave the hinges attached to the doors and save the screws in a coffee can or similar container. You can try gently prying the from the wall with a heavy blade putty or drywall knife from the bottom and slowly pull them away from the wall. As you pry them and the gap gets wider you can use a long flat pry bar to pry them as you go higher. Use a screwdriver to remove the mounting hinges from the cabinet.
